The materials in the hopper are evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, and the mesh is made of stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move inside the dryer.
2. The drying section consists of several independent hot air circulation units, with some exhaust gases being discharged by specialized dehumidification fans. The exhaust volume of each unit is controlled by a regulating valve.
In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan enters the lower chamber through the side air duct. The airflow is heated by the heat exchanger and distributed by the distributor, forming a jet flow that blows towards the mesh belt, passes through the material, and enters the upper chamber.
4. The drying process is the process of hot air passing through the material layer to complete the transfer of heat and mass.
5. The upper chamber is connected to the inlet of the fan through an air duct, where a portion of the gas circulates and a portion of the gas with lower temperature and higher moisture content is discharged as exhaust gas through the dehumidification pipe, regulating valve, and dehumidification fan.
6. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan first enters the upper chamber, and the lower chamber is connected to the fan inlet through side air ducts and return air ducts. Most of the gas is circulated and some is discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs
